Shipping a large piece of art doesn’t need to be stressful. 

Whether the art gets damaged in the mail or stolen off your porch - $#!T happens, and we’ve got you covered.

We'll be in touch throughout the process to make sure your piece arrives in perfect condition. If anything goes wrong, we’ll ship you a replacement ASAP (for free, of course). 

Shipping Timelines

Once you place your order, we print and ship your artwork from our office. We’ll reach out with your tracking code within 5-6 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges

You can return your art for any reason. If you’re unhappy, please let us know. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to make sure things are sorted out in a way that works with you.

 In our experience, shipping via UPS and Fedex are more cost effective than USPS. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs on the artwork's return flight home.

We’ve worked with thousands of customers to transform their homes.

Each canvas arrives with hanging hooks attached to the back, but you'll still need a way to attach the hangar to your wall.

Here's our recommendation:

3M Claw Drywall Picture Hangar

These are super simple to use, and have become a hit with our customers. 

They can support a variety of weight depending on your needs. Even our largest & heaviest pieces are under 15lbs total, so you'll be safe with a set that supports 25lbs. 

Others have used the following alternatives: 

• Standard nails (classic!)
• Command strips - for those who aren't able or willing to put a hole in their wall 
• For smaller portrait pieces, some enjoy simply sitting them on a surface and leaning them against the wall
