Our Story

It started one crisp evening in the Fall of 2018.

Brian and Nick had just returned from a hike in the Rocky Mountains, and Brian's car slowed to a pause.

“My place always feels so dark and depressing after a weekend outdoors,” Nick said, dragging his boots across the sidewalk toward his house.

“Why don’t you get some cool art of the mountains?” Brian suggested.

After searching online, the two felt overwhelmed. Everything they saw seemed generic.

“What’s up with all the stock photos?” Brian wondered. “I've met artists here in Denver with art I’d rather have.”

"Why not reach out to our favorites?" Nick asked, the wheels now turning in his head. "We could start a whole collection of designs featuring the Rockies."

"And we could plant trees for every canvas we print!” Brian chimed.

Like a sapling breaking soil, Art Bloom was born with a mission to discover and promote authentic art with roots in nature.
