We'll be in touch throughout the process to make sure your piece arrives in perfect condition. If anything goes wrong, we’ll ship you a replacement ASAP (for free, of course).
Once you place your order, we print and ship your artwork from our office in Colorado. We’ll reach out with your tracking code within 3-4 business days.
Whether it's a pesky housepet or just general wear and tear, if your piece ever needs replaced just shoot us an email. We’ll cover the cost of a replacement, for life.
You can return your art for any reason. If you’re unhappy, please let us know. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to make sure things are sorted out in a way that works with you.
