"This one was special. After visiting family for a week around the holidays it was time to head back home. We loaded up in the car and headed back to the airport on what was the first sunny day of the entire trip. I caught glimpses of the mountain as we were driving and absolutely had to stop. What you see was the last light of 2019, the last light of a normal year, the last time we all spent time together. A special moment made better with a cloud inversion. Sometimes it is purely luck."
